Green Room Creative Studio – Terms & Conditions
By booking or using Green Room Creative Studio, all renters and guests agree to the following terms:
1. Studio Rules & Conduct
Children must be supervised at all times and cannot touch or move studio equipment, props, or furniture unless directed by a Green Room representative. Parents/guardians are fully liable for any actions of children.
No smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs, or non-prescription substances on premises.
Music/noise must be kept at reasonable levels.
Nudity must be pre-approved; cover is required outside of designated work areas.
No pets without prior approval.
Studio must be left clean and organized, including removal of personal items and proper disposal of trash.
2. Length of Use
Rental time includes setup, session, and breakdown.
Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time, with a 10-minute grace period.
Overtime: Any time used beyond the scheduled session plus the 10-minute grace period is automatically billed in 30-minute increments at the standard half-hour rate.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations with 72+ hours notice: Eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations with 48–72 hours notice: Eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable, but rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability.
Rescheduling: One (1) reschedule is allowed per booking with at least 24-hour notice.
4. Damages, Cleaning & Fees
Renters are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
Damage fees must be paid before leaving the studio.
Failure to pay may result in legal action.
Minimum $40 cleaning fee applies if the studio is not returned to original condition.
Large props, sets, or excessive trash may incur additional disposal fees.
Items left on-site for more than 7 days will be considered abandoned.
5. Liability & Waiver
Use of the studio and equipment is at your own risk.
Green Room Creative Studio is not responsible for injury, theft, or damage to persons or property.
Renters agree to hold harmless and indemnify Green Room and its representatives from any claims or legal actions arising from use of the studio.
6. Age of Models
Renters are responsible for verifying that all participants are of legal age or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Green Room may request proof of age and terminate a session if violations occur.
7. Media Release
Booking authorizes Green Room Creative Studios LLC to capture and use photo and video content taken on premises for lawful promotional purposes.
Renters waive rights to compensation, royalties, or approval of final media content.
8. Equipment & Amenities
Equipment is provided in good working condition, with no guarantee of suitability for specific purposes.
Any issues must be reported immediately.
WiFi is available; no studio phone service provided.
9. Studio Rights
Green Room reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate rentals at any time for policy violations, misuse, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
